The space
This is an updated condo with all new finishes and coastal décor. Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances and generous granite counter space. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from the Gulf views from your private balcony. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and large shower. The shower is equipped with grab bars and a bench.

Provided beach gear and a private washer/dryer add convenience.

WHAT’S NEARBY:
Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, Candy Kitchen, and great local seafood restaurants.

Parking:

Assigned parking is available for one vehicle. Please ensure the parking pass is displayed at all times in order to avoid a fine and/or towing. Additionally, there are guest parking spaces in the front of the complex, to the right of the entrance, and they are available on a first-come basis.

Other things to note
There is a full-size Murphy bed wall unit in the living room. It is perfectly placed so that no furniture needs to be rearranged. Just pull the bed down when you are ready to unwind.
