About this space
This condo has been recently renovated with newer flooring, furniture, mattresses, solid surface quartz countertops, stainless appliances, paint, Smart TVs, and bathrooms. It is clean, bright, and updated with the latest technology and style, including Spectrum Digital Cable and WIFI.

No carpeting in the condo and all vanities and cabinets have solid surface countertops.
All bedrooms are furnished with hardwood furniture, and plush mattresses cover all beds. Additionally, all beds have bedbug and allergy-free mattress protectors. Every bedroom has ceiling fans and window coverings.

The Master King bedroom has light-blocking curtains so you can sleep in if you wish! There is a 50” 4K flatscreen TV and you can walk out to the 21' balcony from this room. Alternatively, you can stay in bed and watch or listen to the Gulf! The Master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and an en suite bath with two quartz-topped sinks and an oversized walk-in tile and glass shower.

The second bedroom has two Queen coastal beds, a dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, closet, and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and dresser, a large closet, and a 42” flatscreen TV. The full bathroom has double quartz-topped vanity and new lighting, plus a full shower/tub.

The living room has a Sofa Queen sleeper and a reclining loveseat. There is a wall-mounted 65” Sony flatscreen with Roku. You'll also find several dozen family and children's DVDs. The dining room table seats six, and there are four bar stools at the bar.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts a sparkling white quartz-topped kitchen with pots, pans, and table service. There are plenty of glassware, wine and cocktail glasses, and general cooking items. You'll also find a full sized coffee pot, a Keurig coffee maker, a 4-slice toaster, a tea kettle, and a blender. Additionally, there is a 4-top table and chair set in the eat-in area. USB charging stations are available in the kitchen and Master outlets.

There is a full-sized high-efficiency washer and dryer in the unit, and we also provide complimentary baby items, such as a Graco Pack N Play and high chair.

The complex has several nice gas grills, a geothermal-heated saltwater pool and hot tub, and we have one under-building parking space. The condo also includes one additional parking pass for the General first-come, first-served parking lot out front of the building.
